Toad Hollow Farm
A Microgreen Farm
Microgreens... also know as "vegetable confetti" because they are tiny, beautiful greens characterized by a variety of colors and shapes. Flavors can vary from "very mild" to "very intense" and some will even surprise you!
A handful of microgreens can enrich very simple dishes, adding color, volume and flavor the same time!
Their nutritional value can be up to 40 times that of their fully grown selves which allows you to boost nutrition without adding many calories.

About Us
In 2017 we purchased this beautiful old Farmhouse that was built in the 1880's. We fell in love with it's charm and character. Little did we know at the time what the next 4 years would have in store for us. Many big projects, endless painting, chickens, our Wedding!, Covid and oh yeah....we decided to start a business!
We were so intrigued with the house and property we reached out to our local historian and learned that this house was part of a much larger farm. While many specific details were scarce, we did learn that around the time our farmhouse was built this small hamlet now known as Delanson was called....Toad Hollow. So when it came time to name our farm, the choice was obvious!

With my background as a Chef and Paula's business experience it seemed like a perfect fit.
